Foreshore camping is open to guests from October to May annually. All 1100+ camping sites are within walking distance to the Port Phillip Bay beaches.
Amenities include toilets, hot and cold showers, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The majority of sites are powered, however there are a few non-powered sites in most sections.

Camping seasons:
Pre peak - October to mid-December.
Peak - Mid-December to last Saturday in January.
Post peak - Last Saturday in January to end-April.
Bookings in advance are essential during the peak season and on long weekends. At all other times you can make a reservation on arrival at the Rosebud office, located at 1380 Point Nepean Road, Rosebud 3939.
To book ahead please fill out the online application to camp on the website and a staff member will contact you as soon as possible to help you choose a site reservation and take payment in full. It is a great idea to download the section map ahead of time to speed up the process.
