What makes the Eco Villa environmentally friendly?
Eco Villa is a part of Dreamers, a 5 acre vacation rental complex designed by previous owners Mal and Wendy Lee. Mal's interest in sustainable design saw him complete his masters in renewable energy at Nottingham University in the UK. This led to the concept of developing accommodation which was environmentally friendly and through that, Eco Villa was created.
Eco Villa endeavours to cut power and gas consumption by using solar energy and innovative design processes such as a radiant cooling system which draws cool air from the stream running beneath the building. The internal décor and fittings are of low emission paints, recycled timbers and natural fibre curtains.
Since taking over the property we have made several improvements to the building and garden, we take pride in providing our guests with a high standard of amenity and to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
